Does Verazone offer installation services?

How is the veranda or garden room secured to the ground?
Our structures are securely anchored to a concrete foundation base to ensure stability and safety. Fixing directly to paving slabs or timber decking is not recommended. If you're planning a new patio, it's advisable to install the veranda first so that the paving can be cut around the posts for a neat finish.
How is the structure sealed to my house wall?
The roof includes a wall-plate profile that is securely fastened to your house wall. This connection is then sealed using a high-quality silicone sealant to prevent any water ingress.
Will the veranda or garden room fit on a bungalow?
Yes, our designs can be adapted to fit bungalows. If the roof height is a concern, the veranda can be adjusted by reducing the length of the upright posts. Our team will assess your specific situation to ensure a perfect fit.
Should a new patio be laid before or after the installation of the veranda?
Ideally, the veranda should be installed first. This approach allows for the foundation pads to be properly placed and enables the patio to be laid around the veranda posts, resulting in a seamless and aesthetically pleasing finish.
Payment and Delivery
What is the payment process?
Our payment structure is as follows:
Booking Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your order.
Manufacturing Payment: Once the survey is complete and the unit is ready for manufacture, a 50% payment is due.
Final Balance: The remaining balance is due on the day of installation.
This schedule ensures transparency and facilitates the smooth progression of your project.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times can vary depending on the time of year and current demand. We often have preseason offers and, at certain times, offer flexible installation promotions for clients who are not in a hurry. For the most accurate delivery estimate, please contact us directly.
